Electronic prototype fabrication
To bring your projects to a tangible result we also provide prototype fabrication services. These services include prototype PCB fabrication and assembly. The service also may include component procurement in case the components are available from one of the main short lead time suppliers.
It is a common practice that prototype circuit boards are assembled by engineers using special prototyping blank boards or breadboards. However, it is usually a very time consuming process. Also in many cases the result is far from perfect. That especially relates to RF circuits, sensitive analog equipment and high speed digital circuits where short or impedance controlled traces are essential.
That is why we do it for our own projects and offer as an additional service to our clients.
The prototypes are manufactured using production quality PCBs. They are reliable, easy to handle and debug and basically have the look of a professional product.
To keep the prototype prices as low as possible we have to apply certain restrictions:
